Senior Manager of Paralegal & Risk and Compliance - Business Services Team

I head up the Paralegal and Compliance team at RedLaw and specialise in recruiting Paralegals and Legal Compliance professionals into Law Firms based in London and regionally. I recruit for a range of roles, from entry level administrators and paralegals through to Heads of Compliance covering temporary, contract and permanent vacancies. I have over 7 years’ experience in recruitment and pride myself on providing a consultative approach to both candidates and clients, as well as keeping clients up to date with market knowledge and trends. At the weekends I enjoy eating out and socialising with friends and family.

I am a Senior Consultant on the Business Services team. I started my recruitment career in 2017, working with law firms to find legal support professionals. I currently work closely with our clients on all levels of HR and Legal support roles. I enjoy working with clients in helping them find legal professionals and providing them with advice regarding their recruitment needs and current market trends. Outside of work life, I have recently found a new hobby in reformer pilates and being the youngest of seven sisters, most weekends include spending time with my nieces.

I am a Consultant on the Business Services team specialising in placing risk and compliance personnel and paralegals into private practice law firms in London. I moved into legal recruitment following studying for my law degree. In my spare time I row for a club based in Canary Wharf. Getting up at 5am can be daunting but seeing the sunrise over Greenwich and the O2 is the perfect start to your day.
